Perfect Weekend at DSC!

Wow what a weekend! Friday was the Rebel Retreat and student government put on the Battle Of the Sexes. I went into it thinking that I would just put my name in to be nice and participate, but there was no way my name would get called, little did I know what was coming next! The very first competition was the ice block competition and yes of course they called my name. I went on stage and was told i had to sit on an ice block for as long as I could...Cake :) ha ha not...an hour and a half later, after watching all the other competitions, and about in tears because my butt was so cold, me and the boy were still sitting there. The girls were down by a few points so I talked professor Morrell into making it more of a competition. A few competitions before, they had to eat a blended happy meal (cheeseburger w/onions and pickles, fries, and sprite in a blender) and before that was a sprite chugging contest. After all was said and done, Morrell takes the cups used for the happy meal (with the leftover chunks in it might I add) and poured it full of sprite. He then made us drink it as fast as we could without throwing up because if we got up we were disqualified, and I WON!!! wahoo! the score was tied and so we had one more thing to do. they decided to ask us trivia questions, he got his wrong so it was my turn. The question was "who won the NBA finals in 1996?" and i said the Chicago Bulls!! Wahoo we won! (thanks to josh and his love for basketball, that's all we ever talked about!) it was so much fun, but i did end up getting frost bite on my butt...not fun! 

After that we went to the bonfire and that was so much fun! 

Then we went and slept at the old gym. Because we didn't get to bed till about 3, i went straight home that morning and took a four hour nap. Then last night me, lexe, and josie went to dinner and then to the hypnotist and Lexe ended up getting hypnotized!! oh wow it was hilarious and she was so funny. Lets just say that everyone thought she was a pretty good Brittany Spears and thinks she should go into entertainment :) Then we came home and ended the night by hanging out with Liz and then had a big sleepover in the front room! :) 

All around it was an amazing weekend and I love Dixie State!!
