So my parents decided to surprise my family and take us to HAWAII!! I have known for quite awhile because I had to get school off, and everytime I went home, or talked to my family on the phone, I would almost let it slip to my siblings. Finally, we decided that we needed a code name. We kept calling it H-town, but then realized that it was a little obvious. I have friends from Hurricane (which we also call h-town) but they also say they are from LA (cause they are really from laverkin...A town in hurricane) so I decided thats what we would call it. For the past couple weeks I have been telling my family "see ya in LA" So when my parents finally told my brother and sister (and my cousins cause they are going too), my brother called me and my family was on speakerphone so I told them all "SEE YA IN LA!" none of them got it until my mom explained it to them, but now its the family joke and my sister and cousin have been telling everyone in their class that they are going to LA :) haha!
I am really excited to take a break, get out of this state, and spend a week with my family!
