Surprises, family and good food :)

I LOVE THANKSGIVING! This particular Thanksgiving was really special though. So about a month and a half ago I found out that I was going to have to work over Thanksgiving, so I called my mom in tears cause I wasn't going to be able to come home. About a week later, I found out my boss didn't need me so I was going to go home, but I didn't tell my mom that... So all along, I was planning on surprising her and the rest of my family. The only ones in Tooele County that even knew were my grandma Lawson (I wanted to make sure she had enough food, haha) and Sara (a family friend, because she was the one who helped me plan everything). So after 3 weeks of my mom calling me daily, telling me how much she missed me and crying cause I wasn't coming home, the day finally came. Wednesday morning I woke up at 7 (yes AM) and drove all the way home without her knowing, I even talked to her on the way home and make up a lie! I got to Sara's house, and she called my mom and told her she needed her to come down! When she came down, I was hiding in the closet and jumped out at her! She and my sister were ecstatic! :) Then we went to the high school and surprised my brother, he started crying. Next was my dad, he was at home, and I pulled up and came around the corner and he too started crying! It was such a good surprise and everyone was so impressed I kept such a good secret (its not normal, nor was it easy)! We had such a good weekend and it was so much fun so spend time with them, they are so amazing and I miss them so much! Can't wait for this semester to be over so I can go home for 3 weeks!
