So we all know, that one of my new found habits is blogging, and especially blog stalking. I love to know the whereabouts of people and what all is going on in their life. I love it! I now have a recent blog addiction though....
Confessions from a Mormon Bachelor Pad
wow, thats just about all I can say. I was up till about 3:30 last night reading their ENTIRE history (which is about 144+ posts). You all may be thinking, "wow, she needs a life and must just be REALLY bored at home, time for Christmas break to be over, Summer." Which may be part true, but not all true. In order to get the stories they are telling, which involve the fake names of the girls involved in their real lives, you have to read the whole thing.
This blog was started by two recently return missionaries who are going to school in the Salt Lake area who wanted to tell their entire life story, from a completely honest guy's perspective, and that is just what they are doing. They are COMPLETELY anonymous. These two boys, Calvin and Jake, live in a house together, called the "mormon bachelor pad", with three other guys who have no idea they write the blog and that most of the posts somehow involve them as well. It is definitely a good think that it is anonymous or they would probably be dead because of many of the people they seem to offend (based on the hostile comments they receive on a daily basis). They are pretty controversial because they are feeling the same things that just about every 19ish-24 year old mormon boy is thinking, but they just have the actual guts to say it.
Last night at about 2:30 or 3 I was laughing so hard I was almost in tears! If you want a good laugh, check it out, I'm telling you, you wont be disappointed! I just wish that they weren't
anonymous so I could be their friends...haha they are so cool (cheesy I know) and I know there would never be a dull moment!
