post warning: MAJOR venting :)
Hopefully this person never reads this, but even if he did, I wouldn't care.
I went on a date to the Jazz game tonight, and this is what I concluded.
I HATE when guys talk about all their money problems on the date. Honestly, I will just get a water and sit there if you don't have any money. Why did you ask me out in the first place?
I hate when they just talk about cars the whole time. At least have the decency to ask me about my life or recall some useful information we were talking about 5 minutes ago. I don't want to hear about your car, I DON'T CARE.
The next thing, don't make fun of me. Seriously, do you think its alright to repeatedly joke about the same things over and over if they weren't very nice in the first place. Grow up.
I cant stand it when guys text while they are on the date. Especially when you lean over and see that its another girl they are texting. REALLY? You cant wait another hour?
And if its cold (which northern Utah is) then offer the girl your coat! you can stand in the cold for 5 minutes and be nice.
ugh, and again, stop telling me how expensive everything is!!! I get it! Sorry I said yes to a date that YOU asked me on, sorry YOU chose to go to the jazz game, sorry YOU decided to eat afterward. Sorry YOU had to spend money on ME!!
Stop bringing up the fact that I have a missionary! Yes I do have one, and quite frankly the only reason I am even on the date is to pass by the time till he gets home so just shut up about it!
If you are going to ask a girl on a date, show some respect. stop acting like we are in sixth grade.
UGH!!! worst date. Cant wait to not date anymore. I miss my date buddy and July cant come soon enough :(
PS....on a happier note, SPRING BREAK ROCKS :) and I love being home!

hah ha ha haaaha ha hah ah......been in those exact same shoes before (minus one jazz game). not fun. remember God gives us the bad so we appreciate the good. the experience was obviously supposed to be part of this journey so its that much sweeter when josh gets home.
glad you're having a great spring break though. always nice to have some time/room to breathe in life.
in other news, we got approved for our first home this week. i'll post about it maybe tomorrow or monday. i'll need your help! =)
Oh no! I am sorry your date was so terrrible! haha But atleast it made for a funny story. Some guys are soooo STUPID!
What is going on with these boys??? My niece was just telling me the same stuff! Her date had no plan and no money and even begged money off a stranger to pay for their 10 dollar dinner! Classless!! You deserve SO much more.
