Ya know the song "girl all the bad guys want"? Yea well I think they should make a song called the boy all the good girls want. I don’t get it, I just seem to fall for all the bad boys. Ha its not like I date them or anything, just the fact that I am attracted to them blows my mind. I always have a new guy I have my eye on, and they always seem to be the bad guy I could never have! Maybe its the thrill of the chase, or the fact that I know my mom wouldn’t approve (which is weird, because I tell her EVERYTHING!!). But me and Hank were talking about it on the way home from our friends house, Hank said girls like bad boys because when they do something good it always seems to be THAT much better. And when they do something to hurt us, its alright because they are just the bad boy and that’s what they do. Does this sound right? Ha I just think its funny. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a rebel, I DO like good guys, and most the time I don’t even pursue the bad boy, its just the first ones I am attracted to. Ha I am hoping this is just a phase.....really hoping ;)
Quick Life Update:
Finals week is next week, and like I said in the last post, I actually have a handle on it :) I have been having some mondo issues with my shoulder and just went to the doctor today and he gave me a cortisone shot.....which was like the most painful thing in the entire world. Ugh I am just so sick of it hurting and want it to go away.
They said I might have a labral tear (tear of the labrum) and might to have surgery, but I just need to stop playing intermural softball and let it calm down.....sounds like a good idea to me! Thats about it for my life though!

ohh, sorry about the shoulder! ouch! Sam was a swimmer in highschool and had to have surgery on his, it did make it better after time.... hope you don't have to go that route though!
that is so incredibley crazy about your shoulder cause one of my besties just found out today that she has the exact same injury with her left shoulder. from the same: softball (and tubing on the river, but that's besides the point).
my cortisone shot, in october, was miserable too! oh man, and i was ticked cause the doc said it would feel better fast. took a few DAYS to feel semi-good. ugh!
on the bad boys, i think hank's right. sounds logical. and from my experience dating a ton of them (count yourself lucky that you don't pursue them, woman), i think that's why we're into them. it's easier to rationalize their jerkiness away as that's just who they are, and when they wear a partially tilted halo we worship as if they were saints (not to mention then we feel REALLY good about ourselves, thinking that we have the power to change them). they never change. the good guys are where it's at. took me years & a whole lot of heartache to figure that one out. ;)
