FBF forever.

So I know that if you read my blog, you are probably sick of hearing about Tanner, but guess what? I dont really care :) if you arent sick of hearing about him...then you just might enjoy this one!

So Tanner is my best friend (also known as FBF....long story)from last year. He is such an amazing kid and the memories are endless. We did everything together. We made everything we did fun and I learned so much from him. He is such a great person and has such a strong testimony. Yea we had our ups and downs, and most of the time I thought he was a total spoiled brat, but he was so much fun to be around and made me so happy. His favorite thing to do was wrestle me for some reason, and I definitely dont miss the bruises, but I do miss having him around. I miss having a hot chocolate buddy, having someone to talk to 24/7, having a library partner, hearing about his ridiculous girl stories and getting to tell him he is a total idiot, helping him with his laundry and so much more. He is currently on his mission in Ecuador, and when I get letters from him, which isn't very often because of the distance, they are long and SOO great.
In his last letter here are just a couple of things that he said:

"Pictures?! What kind of best friend are you? oh right you're my FBF. You are the greatest. Honestly, I think you are the best friend I have ever had."

"Thanks for all the letters. There are two things that are keeping me going out here, 1. letters from my family and 2. letters from you."

"In your last letter you asked me if there was anything you could do for me, well there is. Dont stop the letters. Your letters make my day and have really helped me. Oh and be my FBF forever."

How great is he? I know that he has been struggling, but honestly I also know that he is an amazing missionary and I am so jealous of all of those in Ecuador. They have a great kid among them. I am really lucky because I have been able to keep in contact with his wonderful family and they are able to kind of keep me sane while I am missing him. I really appreciate all the support they give him while he is out there. His mom is the greatest and would do anything for that kid, even though he is so far away! Its refreshing to see so much support and love for a missionary. I just cant wait to hear all about his mission when he comes home.
3594 (yes thats exact...) miles is way to far apart  for my liking :) Miss you Tanner!

Oh and here are some pictures that his mom has put up on his missionsite.
